Solway Investment Group categorically denies reports of its existing plans to invest in agriculture in the Philippines. The Group is not participating, neither directly nor indirectly, in the project in question.

 

Three years ago, Solway Investment Group joined Techiron, a chromite mining project. At present, Robert Gaspar had already participated in the project as a respresentative of Techiron. Solway Investment Group does not have any other joint interests or projects with Techiron and Robert Gaspar in the Philippines. Techiron is not authorised to make investments in the name of Solway Investment Group without having sought prior approval from the group’s shareholders for these actions.
