SOLWAY EXITS ALL OPERATING AND INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN RUSSIA

Solway Investment Group condemns the actions taken by the Russian government against the people of Ukraine. Despite the fact that it has very limited investment and operating activity in Russia, Solway Investment Group is exiting all its projects in Russia, namely gold mining operations Kurilgeo and ZGRK, effective March 3rd, 2022.
