Solway Investment Group expresses their appreciation to the Salzburg Festival

Publication date:

2018-08-27

Solway Investment Group wishes to convey our sincere thanks to our partners: for their part in organizing the Salzburg Festival Opera Camps for Children and Youth and supporting the Solway music camp program. The camps were held in cooperation with the Vienna Philharmonic and with the support of the Salzburg Foundation of the American Austrian Foundation (AAF). In addition, we thank ZaZa online language school for removing the language barrier and preparing the children for the camp.

This year, Solway sponsored all four camps, each one running over the course of a week. Solway is proud to be part of the staging of four children’s performances during the Salzburg Festival as a result of these camps.

It was with your organizational support that we were also able to make our Solway Music Camp Fellowship program possible and complete.  Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, for having shown that you believe in what Solway Investment Group stands for.

The young talents from the economically challenged areas were brought together with the world’s top artists for a number of diverse and wonderful performances. We are delighted that the Opera Camps for Children and Youth has become one of the most significant cultural experiences youngsters from these rural areas of the world can have.

Solway Investment Group believes that participation in music and the arts fosters creativity, teamwork, and confidence, particularly in young people. It is with great pleasure that the Group is partnering with the Opera Camps for Children and Youth in order to provide greater possibilities for the kids’ future.

It is our honor to be a partner of one of the world’s top opera events, at the Salzburg Festival, for the second consecutive year. This cooperation fully embodies the Group’s commitment to promoting diversified development for the communities in the underprivileged areas, and stimulating young minds to discover and imagine.” – said Dan Bronstein, CEO of Solway Investment Group, while summarizing the results of another successful journey the Company took together with the Festival and other partners.

Today we can look back on the eight month long fellowship program, consisting of the preliminary rounds in Guatemala, Macedonia and Ukraine and a final week at the Salzburg Opera Camp, and appreciate all the work and devotion our partners invested in helping young creatives from the economically challenged regions to become acquainted with the international culture scene. We hope this fruitful cooperation is beneficial for all the parties involved and that we will have a long-lasting partnership and bond in the years to come.
