Solway has been cooperating with Outokumpu on this assessment from the start and continues to do so.
We are currently in the process of analysing the findings and recommendations of the assessment report.
We will address Outokumpu’s findings and recommendations within the board led independent investigation announced on 15.03.2022. Once the investigation is concluded, Solway Group’s board will inform the stakeholders on the results and any decisions.
